About the Project.
Regeneration Press invites families to archive their legacy and transform it into a custom-designed family history book that will cultivate intergenerational dialogue, imagination, and exploration for years to come. Over the course of a 4-part consultation, we will activate your family archive-- refining it from the raw material of photo albums and loose ephemera to a fully developed and creatively re-imagined custom book to be shared and re-membered for generations to come.

A Note From the Author
“With All My Love”-- and this project more broadly inspired by tender moments of Intergenerational dialogue— from memories recalled over the yellowing pages of photo albums to the dimly-lit bedtime stories that my mom would read me each night. I wanted to honor the rich and ancient legacy of oral tradition across the Black diaspora by bringing forth a narrative that I have been blessed and chosen to carry forward through the lens of my own imagination— my grandparents’ love story. Throughout the book, you’ll see the various ways my grandparents’ story is entangled with so many other histories— from the Watts Rebellion and Renaissance to Urban Renewal and the Vietnam War. It was important for me to recognize these histories as we continue to re-member the unique space in time we occupy and the collective responsibilities thereof. I hope the love, light, and care this book represents echoes forward for generations to come.
